11:30 am Office of Readings, Rosary

12:30 pm Angelus, Lunch (Main Meal)

1:00 pm Rest, Lectio Divina (spiritual reading) and/or Work

3:00 pm Divine Mercy Chaplet, Office of None (mid-afternoon prayer)

3:30 pm Rest, Lectio Divina (spiritual reading) and/or Work

5:00 pm Adoration

5:30 PM Vespers (evening prayer)

6:00 PM Evening meal, Recreation

8:00 PM Compline (prayer to end the day), Personal quiet time (Night Silence until after Mass)
